Terms of Use

PostPartum Workout is provided by DieBunny, Artilerijas 25, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They govern your use of the PostPartum Workout application. By using the application you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Your licence to use the app

You are granted a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to install and use the application for your own personal, non-commercial use.

All exclusive rights of the PostPartum Workout Application, including the logos, videos and images are protected by copyright and are intellectual property of DieBunny Develop Team. You do not have rights and agree not to perform or allow others to decompile, open the system code, disassemble, extract the source code, decrypt, modify or create derivative works based on the Application or any of its parts, unless such actions are permitted by separate licences regulating the use of open source components that are included in the Application, or unless the law gives you that right regardless.

This is not medical advice

PostPartum Workout provides general exercise guidance for the postnatal period. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor, midwife or physiotherapist who can examine you. The programme cannot know your full medical history and does not adapt to complications.

Please get clearance from your doctor or midwife before you start, particularly after a caesarean section, a third or fourth degree tear, or any complicated delivery. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, or if you have bleeding that increases, leaks urine, or feel heaviness or bulging in the vagina. Do not continue an exercise that hurts.

You use the app at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the exercises. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Subscription

A limited part of PostPartum Workout is free. Access to the full programme requires a paid subscription, billed annually, which renews automatically until you cancel it.

New subscribers may be offered a free trial. Your payment method is set up when you subscribe but is not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid annual subscription and your payment method is charged at the start of the paid period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

After any trial, the subscription renews automatically for successive one-year periods at the then-current price. Your store account is charged within 24 hours before each period ends, unless you cancel beforehand.

All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and charged to the store account you use; we do not handle your payment card details. The price is shown in the app before you confirm your purchase, and may vary by country and change over time. Where a price changes, that change takes effect only from the next renewal.

You can cancel at any time, and turn off automatic renewal, in the subscription settings of your Google Play or Apple App Store account — this cannot be done from within the app, and deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds are handled by Google Play and the Apple App Store under their respective policies. Except where required by the law that applies to you, payments are non-refundable and there is no refund or credit for a partial subscription period or for periods you did not use.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services without giving a reason. Because the full programme is made available to you immediately when the subscription starts, you are asked to agree that performance begins straight away, and you acknowledge that you then lose that right of withdrawal once performance has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described.

Whether or not the right applies, you may cancel renewal at any time as described above, and refund requests are made through Google Play or the App Store, which operate their own refund windows.

Availability

We try to keep the app and its content available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. The workout content is downloaded from the internet, so an unreliable connection may prevent a day from loading. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service; where a change substantially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, you may cancel and seek a refund through the store.

Termination

These Terms of Use remain in force for as long as you use the PostPartum Workout application. Ending a subscription does not by itself end these Terms while the application remains installed and in use. You can end them at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end them if you breach them materially.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Latvia. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers.

Language

The controlling language of these Terms of Use is English; any provided translation of these Terms of Use is for purposes of convenience only and the English version shall govern to the extent of any inconsistency.
